Yuvraj Ahire

Yuvraj enrolled with Make My Dream Foundation in the year 2011. His lower limbs are affected due to polio. He hails from slum areas of Malad (West), Mumbai and was under support program of SEC Kanhe Phata. He had completed 10th standard at the time of admission with us.

Journey with us

He completed 12th standard MCVC – Electronics with 50% marks and skills development like spoken English, MSCIT. He participated in our support programs like personality development sessions, visits to NGO’s, health check-up camps and showed good improvement. Alongside, he pursued his hobby in music and passed Drums (Tabla) examination. He successfully completed our trekking expeditions to Parvati Hill, Rajmachi Fort and Sinhgad Fort.

He has been provided with modified special vehicle under our Mobility Project.

He won our annual awards – “Best Personality” in 2012-2013, “Best Self Reliance” in 2013-2014, “Best Dedication towards Aim” in 2014-2015. He is contributor of Dream Vision Fund for past 3 years.

Journey Beyond

He is self-reliant since 2013 and taking good care of his daily expenses, education and career. He worked in Reliance Industries, Fortech Computers for 3 years and working in Cellcity Mobile as service engineer since 2016. He completed his Diploma in Electronics Engineering on his own with 58% marks. He continued his drums education also. He performs drums in all annual gatherings of Make My Dream Foundation.
