Sunita Shinde

Sunita enrolled with Make My Dream Foundation in the year 2011. Her lower limbs got affected due to polio. She hails from Chandannagar, Kharadi, Pune and was under support program of SEC Kanhe Phata. She had completed 10th standard at the time of admission with us.

Journey with us

She completed 12th standard MCVC – Creche and Pre-School Management with 60.86% marks and skills development like spoken English, MSCIT. She participated in our support programs like personality development sessions, visits to NGO’s, health check-up camps and showed good improvement. She successfully completed our trekking expeditions to Parvati Hill, Rajmachi Fort and Sinhgad Fort.

She has been provided with modified special vehicle under our Mobility Project.

She won our annual awards – “Best Personality” in 2015-2016, “Best Self Reliance” in 2016-2017. She is contributor of Dream Vision Fund for past 3 years.

She worked in Jackson Inn for 3 years and got married with a physically challenged boy.She is pursuing F.Y.B.A. from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, Pune externally. She is now pursuing her dreams independently.
