Jyoti Gaikwad

Jyoti enrolled with Make My Dream Foundation in the year 2012. Her both lower limbs and right hand are affected due to polio. She hails from Village Markal, Alandi. At the time of admission with us, she completed her education up to 8thstandard with the help of Apang Kalyankari Kendra, Wanorie.

Journey with us

She completed Advanced Diploma in Tailoring and 10th standard education with 50% marks. She participated in our support program of personality development sessions and showed good improvement.

She has been provided Wheel Chair to enable her mobility.

She worked in “Lui Braille Apang Sanstha” in Tailoring department for 2 year. She is working in “Helpers of Handicapped”, Kolhapur since 2014 in tailoring department and pursuing her higher education. She completed MSCIT with 90% marks. Presently she is independently pursuing T.Y.B.A. along with her full-time job.
