Enrolled with Make My Dream Foundation in 2020, Rudra is from Thane, Mumbai. At the time of his admission to Make My Dream Foundation, he had completed his 12th standard. He is suffering from Cerebral Palsy with spasticity of muscles affecting both his upper and lower limbs.
