Mainly our candidates come from financially challenged backgrounds, where survival takes precedence over nurturing abilities. Parents often remain unaware of their child’s potential, leading to overdependence on external aid. Our foundation works to shift this mindset by identifying hidden talents and equipping individuals with the tools needed for self-sufficiency. Through personalized counselling and skill-building programs, we help them break societal stereotypes and achieve meaningful independence.
The "Earn and Learn" Initiative
To promote self-reliance, we introduced the “Earn and Learn” concept, encouraging candidates to pursue education while engaging in income-generating activities. Initially met with scepticism, the program gradually gained acceptance as families witnessed its benefits. By earning while learning, individuals experience a sense of purpose and financial independence, reducing reliance on external support.
