Empowering Independence

At Make My Dream Foundation, mobility is crucial for individuals with physical limitations pursuing education, work, and extracurricular activities. Since 2014, we have been providing modified two-wheeler scooters to deserving, self-reliant candidates. These scooters help them to manage their daily routines efficiently, reducing physical strain. By addressing mobility challenges, we enable individuals to become more independent, enhancing their confidence, productivity, and quality of life, while fostering a sense of self-reliance.

Financial Support

To make mobility solutions affordable, we offer scooters through an ‘Interest-Free Vehicle Loan’ system. Many candidates face challenges securing traditional bank loans due to low income, so this initiative provides a practical alternative. Loan repayment fosters financial discipline and responsibility. Additionally, recycled funds from repayments are used to help more candidates, ensuring a sustainable impact on individuals with physical challenges. We are proud to announce that all of our candidates have successfully repaid their loans on time.

Pioneering Change

As the first NGO to implement this initiative, we have set a precedent in addressing mobility challenges for young individuals with special needs. By providing six candidates with modified scooters as of June 2024, we have significantly improved their health, independence, and social integration. Our efforts have been widely recognized, reinforcing the importance of mobility solutions in empowering individuals to pursue education, employment, and personal aspirations without unnecessary limitations.

Expanding and Sustaining the Initiative

To increase our impact, we aim to expand funding and support to more candidates in need of mobility solutions. Sustainability is key—through continued loan repayments, donor engagement, and financial top-ups, we plan to extend our reach and help more individuals achieve greater independence. At Make My Dream Foundation, we remain committed to addressing practical challenges, ensuring that physical limitations do not hinder personal and professional growth.
