Mrs. Namrata Joshi
Mrs. Namrata Joshi holds a Bachelor of Engineering and has dedicated 10 years to her role as a Software Engineer at Capgemini. She is proficient in English and management, which has greatly contributed to her success as an entrepreneur. Her venture, Toyshare, an online toy library, earned her recognition and awards for her innovative entrepreneurial skills.
In our organization, Namrata plays a vital role as Tech Head and she is managing our Facebook page, preparing PowerPoint presentations, and content writing for website development. Despite being based in Bangalore, she offers consistent support through online and telephonic communication. Her active participation in the organization's many activities along with her substantial contributions as a donor, underscores her commitment to our mission. We deeply value her dedication and involvement in our activities.
Mrs. Shweta Joshi
Mrs. Shweta Joshi holds a Master’s degree in Botany and has extensive experience, having worked for 8 years as a Cash Manager at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Proficient in English, she significantly contributes to our organization in drafting newsletters, creating website content, and preparing project reports for fundraising.
Shweta also assists with administrative tasks and manages data and photos efficiently. She actively volunteers for all our initiatives, including the Annual Day Functions, Competitions, Fundraising Events, and the Exhibitions, demonstrating her commitment and passion for our cause. She is also a substantial contributor as a donor.
Mr. Tushar Kulkarni
Mr. Tushar Kulkarni has completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications and M.S. in Networked Systems at the University of California, Irvine. He has dedicated 4 years to his role as AI Engineer at Amazon, U. S. A. As one of our youngest volunteers, he brings fresh energy and enthusiasm to our organization.
Tushar played a crucial role in capturing the essence of our events through photography, including the Exhibitions, Walkathon awareness rally, and Trekking Expeditions. He also contributed significantly to website development and the preparation of PowerPoint presentations, showcasing his diverse skill set. Despite being based in U. S. A., he offers consistent support through online and telephonic communication.
Ms. Yamini Gore
Ms. Yamini Gore holds a Diploma in Commercial Art and has spent the last 17 years as a Senior Graphic Designer at Extentia Solutions. Her creative nature drives her passion for design and development, and she also enjoys music as a hobby.
Yamini actively supports nearly all our initiatives, including Exhibitions, Annual Day Functions, Trekking Expeditions, Fundraising Events, and Competitions. Her creativity shines through in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations and her innovative ideas. Additionally, she assists our candidates in enhancing their singing skills, further showcasing her dedication to our mission.
Mrs. Manasi Vaidya
Mrs. Manasi Vaidya holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computers and has eight years of experience as a Software Engineer with Tata Consultancy Services. Known for her strong leadership qualities, she has also participated in drama competitions at the college level.
Manasi plays a vital role in our organization, contributing to various initiatives such as Exhibitions, Annual Day Functions, Trekking Expeditions, and Fundraising Events. Her creativity is evident in her work on PowerPoint presentations, voiceovers, and anchoring, where she also suggests innovative ideas. Additionally, she supports our candidates in enhancing their music skills, demonstrating her commitment to fostering talent. Despite being based in U. K., she offers consistent support through online and telephonic communication.

Mrs. Shweta Kulkarni
Mrs. Shweta Kulkarni holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce and is a retired banker, having served for 32 years as an Assistant Manager at the Central Bank of India. With a passion for connecting people, she has built an extensive network that benefits our organization.
As our star fundraiser, Shweta has successfully engaged many individuals with our NGO, significantly enhancing our outreach. She actively participates in all our Exhibitions and Fundraising Events, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to our mission.
Mr. Girish Gumaste
Mr. Girish Gumaste holds a Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and retired as a Divisional Electrical Engineer from Central Railway after 36 years of dedicated service. Renowned for his leadership and managerial skills, he demonstrated a strong sensitivity towards staff from weaker socio-economic backgrounds, often providing counsel and support beyond his professional responsibilities.
As a senior social worker with our organization, Girish plays a crucial role in fundraising and connecting numerous individuals to our cause. He actively volunteers at events, further showcasing his commitment to making a positive impact in the community along with his substantial contributions as a donor.
Mr. V. Balaji Rao
Mr. V. Balaji Rao retired as a Deputy General Manager from Central Bank of India after 35 years of dedicated service. Passionate about making a difference for those from poorer socio-economic backgrounds, he is particularly drawn to our focus on providing opportunities for differently-abled children.
He is a key fundraiser for our organization, consistently bringing innovative ideas to the table. He has creatively gifted donations made on behalf of his friends and family to Make My Dream Foundation, significantly raising awareness about our mission and activities. His commitment to our cause is truly inspiring, and his efforts have made a meaningful impact in the community.
Mrs. Ashwini Gore
Mrs. Ashwini Gore holds a degree in Commerce and has been working at Jaihind High School in Pimpri for 12 years. She is an effective manager with a solid understanding of government guidelines.
Ashwini is a valuable volunteer who contributes to nearly all our initiatives, including Exhibitions, Annual Day Functions, Trekking Expeditions, Fundraising Events, and Competitions. Her creative and innovative inputs enhance our efforts, making her an integral part of our team. She is a key fundraiser for our organization.
Social Workers
Mr. Dwarkanath Unde
Mr. Dwarkanath Unde holds a degree in Arts and has an impressive 40 years of experience at Finolex Cables Ltd., where he retired as General Manager. A dynamic and energetic senior citizen, he enjoys connecting with people.
As our most senior volunteer, Dwarkanath is one of the most enthusiastic and inspiring members of our NGO. His vigour and passion for social work bring life to all our initiatives, whether it's an Exhibition, Annual Day Function, Walkathon awareness rally, Fundraising Event, Competitions or Trekking Expeditions. His presence motivates and uplifts fellow volunteers, making a lasting impact on our community efforts.
Mr. Ashok Rade
Mr. Ashok Rade is a Mechanical Draftsman with an ITI certification in Welding and over 30 years of experience in fabrication. As the owner of Fabrication Enterprise, he has established himself as a successful entrepreneur and leader.
Always ready to assist, Ashok actively supports our indoor and outdoor activities with his vehicle. Whether it’s shifting office, visiting candidates’ homes, transferring materials, or preparing for the Annual Day Function, he is always there to lend a hand. He demonstrates a deep sensitivity to the socio-economic backgrounds of our candidates, allowing him to understand and address their challenges realistically. Ashok truly serves as the backbone of our organization.
Mr. Kedar Upasani
Mr. Kedar Upasani holds a Master Degree in Commerce and has an impressive 30 years of experience in the corporate sector as a Corporate Accounting Head. As an energetic social worker, he enjoys connecting with people.
He has a deep, empathetic connection with candidates from low socio-economic backgrounds, particularly those with disabilities. He approaches each child with kindness and understanding, ensuring they feel valued and supported. His compassionate nature allows him to build trust, creating a safe space for these children to express themselves and pursue their potential. Through his efforts, he strives to empower them, recognizing their unique strengths and challenges. He is an enthusiastic volunteer and does volunteering in our competitions.
Mr. Vishwas Patankar
Mr. Vishwas Patankar holds a Degree in Commerce and has an impressive 35 years of experience in the Central Bank of India. An outdoor enthusiast, Mr. Vishwas has completed numerous trekking expeditions in the Sahyadri and Himalayas and undertook high altitude trek to Everest Base Camp and many more. He has been associated with Navkshitij NGO for long and been a part of their trekking expeditions for their candidates.
Mr. Vishwas, became involved with the Make My Dream Foundation during the Purandar trek and has since participated in every trekking expedition for our candidates. With his extensive knowledge of the forts in the Sahyadri range, he provides valuable guidance and plays an essential role in the planning team for each trekking mission. His support has been instrumental to our success! He is also an enthusiastic volunteer and does volunteering in our Annual Day Functions.
Administration
Mrs. Vidya Kulkarni
Mrs. Vidya Kulkarni is proficient in banking and holds a degree in Commerce. She dedicated 31 years to the Central Bank of India as an Assistant Manager, specializing in account writing. A creative individual, Vidya enjoys painting and embroidery.
As a foundational member of Make My Dream Foundation, Vidya has been a pillar of strength for our organization. She independently manages the manual accounting for our NGO and wholeheartedly participates in all our initiatives. Her creative guidance inspires our candidates to be innovative and think outside the box.
Mrs. Sunanda Chitale
Mrs. Sunanda Chitale is a commerce graduate and worked in ESI Corporation, Pune for 33 years. She has an expertise for administrative work with good handwriting. Classical Music is her passion.
Sunanda mainly helps us in administrative work. She is an enthusiastic volunteer and does volunteering in our Annual Day Functions, Exhibitions, Walkathon, an awareness rally and Competitions. She is a substantial donor too.
Mrs. Mrunal Joshi
Mrs. Mrunal Joshi holds a degree in Commerce and retired from the Central Bank of India after 40 years of dedicated service. With strong management skills, she brings valuable expertise to our organization.
Mrunal actively assists with office work and volunteers for key events such as Exhibitions, Annual Day Functions and Drawing Competition. Her commitment and support significantly enhance our efforts and impact.

Ms. Yashashree Moray
Ms. Yashashree Moray is a commerce graduate with a Master’s in Personal Management and L.L.M. She retired from the Central Bank of India after an impressive experience for 39 years working as a Chief Manager, showcasing her expertise in management and strong oratory skills.
Yashashree is also associated with Navkshitij NGO and has been a vital part of our organization since its inception. As a volunteer, her enthusiastic participation has been invaluable. She is passionate about child psychology and has built friendly relationships with our candidates, helping them feel comfortable in a new environment. Yashashree actively contributes to our Annual Day Functions, Fundraising Events, Competitions and Exhibitions, further enriching our initiatives. She is a substantial donor too.
Mrs. Arati Bhat
Mrs. Arati Bhat is a science graduate, retired with 32 years of experience working as a Manager from the Central Bank of India. Known for her charming personality and excellent communication skills, she is truly a people person.
Arati assists us with administrative work and counselling, and she enthusiastically volunteers for all our events and activities. Her zest and dedication make her an invaluable asset to our endeavours, significantly enhancing our impact.
Education
Mrs. Utpala Bapat
Mrs. Utpala Bapat holds a Master’s degree in Arts and Philosophy and served as an Economics Professor at Chinai College of Commerce, Mumbai, for 28 years, where she was also a head of the Economics department. In addition to her academic role, she has experience as a medical social worker and is actively involved with Swadhar NGO, generously sharing her knowledge and expertise.
Utpala teaches economics to our candidates, emphasizing basic concepts and problem-solving skills. Under her mentorship, they have shown remarkable improvement in their understanding of the subject, which is reflected in their excellent exam scores.
Her commitment extends beyond teaching; Utpala also volunteers for our Annual Day Functions, Exhibitions, and Competitions, making significant contributions to our organization. She is also a substantial contributor as a donor.
Medical Counselor
Dr. Krutika Ladi
Ms. Krutika Ladi is a medical student currently in her first year of M.S. (Ophthalmology) at D. Y. Patil Medical College, Pune, and has been associated with our organization since long.
As a medical student, Krutika mentors our candidates on health issues and provides counselling to their parents when needed. Her proficiency in English helps candidates overcome their fear of communication, making her an invaluable resource. As one of our youngest volunteers, she easily connects with the candidates, fostering a supportive environment. Her commitment extends beyond counselling; Krutika also volunteers for our Exhibitions, Trekking Expeditions and Competitions, making significant contributions to our organization.
Dr. Ketaki Ladi
Ms. Ketaki Ladi is a medical student currently in the process of admission for her M. D. (Psychology). She has joined our hands since 2019. She has a passion for wildlife photography and videography, creating stunning visuals accompanied by soft, soothing voice overs. Her work beautifully captures the essence of nature, inviting viewers to connect with the wild in a gentle and serene way. Her videos reflect her love for the natural world. Each piece tells a story, blending imagery and narration to inspire appreciation for wildlife.
As a medical student, Ketaki mentors our candidates on health issues. Her proficiency in English helps candidates overcome their fear of communication, making her an invaluable resource. As one of our youngest volunteers, she easily connects with the candidates, fostering a supportive environment. Her commitment extends beyond counselling; Ketaki also volunteers for our Trekking Expeditions and creates videos for Make My Dream Foundation’s you tube channel making significant contributions to our organization.
